At CologneMax, we take pride in offering 100% authentic fragrances at discounted prices. Due to the nature of fragrance products, all sales are considered final.

No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and shipped. This policy helps us maintain product integrity, prevent abuse, and continue offering the best deals possible to our customers.

Exchange Policy

While refunds are not available, we are happy to offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Items may be exchanged for another fragrance of equal value

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • Exchange requests must be made within [insert number] days of delivery

If the replacement fragrance costs more, the price difference must be paid. If it costs less, the remaining balance is not refunded.

Non-Eligible Items

We cannot accept exchanges for:

  • Used or opened fragrances

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Orders with incorrect addresses provided by the customer
